We offer an affordable health insurance plan through Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. As the employer, we contribute 90% of the premium.

What is a Health Savings Account (HSA)? An HSA is a savings account used in conjunction with a health insurance plan that allows team members to save money tax-free for medical expenses. Team members have the flexibility to deposit earnings into a savings account tax free. In addition, we will deposit $1,000 per year into each team member’s account to help offset medical expenses.

We offer a retirement plan through a simple IRA. This plan allows team members to contribute and direct how funds are invested on a pre-taxed basis. We will match the team member’s investment up to 3%.

We offer generous paid time off. It can be utilized for vacation time, personal days, sick time, emergencies, or bereavement. Team members earn 13 days of paid time off within their first year of employment, and it increases nearly every year up to 26 days after seven years of employment.

In addition to paid time off, we compensate team members for 7 holidays per year.

Team members employed an entire school year can be eligible for an annual bonus ranging from $200-$1,250 based on position and years of service.

We promote continuing education through a college reimbursement plan. Team members can receive $2,500-$3,500 annually for college coursework.

Trainings are offered onsite through the Early Childhood Initiative Center. Team members are compensated for 30 hours of training annually and encouraged to complete an individual training plan to meet career goals.

Attendance is essential to support consistency within the classroom. Every level teaching positions are eligible to receive an additional $0.50 per hour for good attendance.

The Employee Assistance Program gives team members and their loved ones free, confidential access to the programs and services they need to increase their happiness and healthiness.
