REGISTRATION FEE

For several years, HWCEC covered credit card processing fees for its families. Due to increased use of credit cards for payments for tuition and fees, the cost for HWCEC to continue this practice has become prohibitive. 

Effective Jan 30, 2024, HWCEC will transfer credit and debit card processing fees to the customers, amounting to 2.62% for in-person payments and 2.92% + $0.30 for online payments. Please note that convenience fees are nonrefundable. Our preferred payment methods are cash, check, or ACH, as they do not incur convenience fees.
