Our Commitment
Our commitment is to provide families access to the highest quality of early childhood education and care.
Helen R. Walton Children’s Enrichment Center admits any students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the Center. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies and scholarship programs.
Tuition
The cost of tuition is $348 per week, per child, for all age groups. We offer several scholarship programs that provide assistance covering 20%-90% of tuition based on family income level.
Tuition payments are due every Friday by 6:00 p.m. prior to the week of service.
Registration + Waitlist
The registration fee is $100 per family, which is nonrefundable.
Potential families are highly encouraged to complete registration to get on the wait list at their earliest convenience. As openings occur, you will be contacted and offered availability. Helen R. Walton Children’s Enrichment Center wait list is held on a first come first served basis, with exceptions pertaining to special circumstances and currently enrolled families.
If you fall within the 60-90% reduction on the sliding scale, DHS vouchers, or CCAMPIS tuition assistance, you do not need to pay the registration fee. Please contact Julie Wilson for an application.
