For self-pay through personal credit card, you do NOT need a coupon code. Order directly from the site.

The one-time use coupon code is good towards 5 garments, one of the 5 garments can be a jacket or cardigan. Orders will be processed the first and third Monday of every month. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR NAME IS CORRECTLY SPELLED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. NAMES WILL BE EMBROIDERED EXACTLY AS ENTERED. Name protocol is as follows, ‘Mr.’ or ‘Ms.’ followed by first name. Administrative personnel have the option to include their position title.
